Giles Vigor-Robertson

In 1994 Giles began his career in an International insight agency before moving into recruitment, search & selection specifically for brand led agency businesses. Nearly thirty years on Giles pieces commercial projects together for his clients; whether that be business, team or for individuals, he acts as a catalyst for movement in business thinking and behaviour change. As a certified coach with a commercial focus Giles, often creates bespoke approaches and tools specific to the task(s) at hand.
He has been involved with team build through search and selection, building agency employer brands, led recruitment process outsourcing projects within very high human capital demand environments, he’s assisted in agency M&A process too; he loves helping with team building for new capabilities and creating start-up partnerships. He has managed Journey as a referral based business since its inception and he continues to be busy with on-going projects in Europe, North America and the Far East.
Saul Pearce

After a long and successful career in advertising and marketing that included winning the Grand Prix at Cannes, building a European network for a global marketing services business and negotiating a major football sponsorship deal, Saul decided to change course and become a business and executive search consultant. He works with his clients to understand their business and the challenges they face in order to provide cohesive solutions based on his experience of building and leading companies himself and by finding and mentoring exceptionally talented people to become the next generation of leaders.
Saul has been Managing Partner at Journey since 2012 and has placed MDs, FDs, COOs, CDOs, ECDs, UX and Service Design Directors, Managing Consultants and Strategy Directors, New Business Directors, HRDs and other departmental leaders for companies operating in UK, US and Europe. Saul is currently in the process of completing his professional coaching qualifications.
